As the official writer for holiday, Ulta’s biggest revenue-driving time of year, I was responsible for establishing the beauty giant’s playful, Gen Z-esque tone of voice for the season (a.k.a. GRWM, but make it merry). I touched everything from web copy to promo emails, social, online videos, banner ads, in-store signage, print catalogs, affiliate web content, style guides — and even named their Happy Haul-idays Sale. 💅
